i thought this town to be a refugee camp directed by the hero. we've already established that something would have happened here and the hero to be arriving way too late, but this still seems rather far-fetched from reality. how come MC is considered the villain if the Church massacred these people for whatever reason. this hero-game-world sucks.

Lobella never see other female cast as potential love interest. His interaction with Elishia was genuine and he does his best to impress her albeit takes a bit time due to his personality.
TLDR : There is no indication that any Harem will be formed

Again, if they did something like what I suggested for establishing why the mc became the 'bad guy' this would make more sense and would have a more solid theme with that, this, and the hero's accusations before. Emphasizing the blind faith of the hero in himself, his allies, and his belief in the evil of those who oppose him, all masked in the power of friendship.

They'll have kids apparently so at one point, she will get banged up by MC. Hero's team fell apart due to opinions about MC's changed attitude and Hero, still in denial, comes to look for Elisha and MC. Finds out he gets cucked, refused to accept and tries to hurt MC with Hero's sword but the sword itself deems MC as good. One of his companions later confronts him with the reality by showing him the true NTR end: MC and Elisha's family. Turns out, Elisha never had feelings for Hero. It was just gratitude. Oof...

It's easy to fake an attack and then blame someone else for the crime and use that misdirection to force the Hero to goes on a killing spree.

more like author just flip around to make thing more interesting, people got bored of the regular "good human vs evil demon" after all and so what better way to spicy it up than to make human the evil one while the evil hot female demon lord actually a good person?

Honstly it would be more refreshing to have a basic dragon quest esque good vs evil adventure at this point.
