That's "Kintaro". To sum up the story, it's about a superhuman boy raised by a mountain witch. He is friends with animals, battled giant fish, monsters and oni all while being a toddler wearing that red kid suit with the kanji for "gold" on it. He also practiced sumo against bears where there are art of him wrestling them with a raccoon referee in the back.
