The series is fun and all but the person who is translating this is likely a seasoned professional and it amazes me that this is basically the only author in their upload history.

Odd that Usui's fortune didn't happen. But maybe this one is supposed to be a more generic fortune that virtually anyone can get, to contrast with the other ones.

The joke unfortunately works better in Japanese. It says "hipparidako", literally "stretched octopus". An idiom that means "popular and in-demand", like multiple people all pulling on a different tentacle of an octopus.

So it's less randumb than it appears. But translator notes are the death of comedy ¯\(ツ)/¯
