It's basically 70-1 times 40-1. So take 70 times 40, that's 2800, subtract 70 (so the 40 becomes 39), then subtract 39 (so the 70 becomes 69)

For those not getting it, it's a reference to one of the best voice acting performances. An over two minute long single (!) take in an episode of When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace - Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de.

If you enjoy listening to great seyus, and you don't mind a silly fantasy anime about superpowered highschoolers, then it's worth watching the season of this anime just for that scene. It really is great.

I still need to finish that show, but I watched that scene (in dub though not sub. But the dub is also fantastic), and just remembering that scene gives me chills.
