Fun fact: While everybody has hair on the base section of their fingers near the knuckles, and no one has hair on the terminal sections near the fingernails, people may or may not have hair on the middle sections of their middle or ring fingers. This is a genetic trait known as mid-phalangeal / mid-digital hair.

Okay. I've got the mid digital hairs on my middle and ring fingers of both hands but also on my left pinky. Does this mean I'm a mutant? Do I finally have a reason to feel special?

Legit who shaves their arms or fingers lmao. Don't think I know a lot of women that do, nor do I know any guy that's particularly bothered by it.

SEA people are in general on the hairier side, so removing arm hair is pretty common

Also, pretty much anyone who bothers to remove leg hair, would most likely remove arm hair too

I don't know about the latter. At the very least, all three of my sisters and a couple female friends of mine shave their legs, but not their arms. I feel like leg hair is more stigmatized than arm hair, at least here in Western Europe.

i wouldn't mind lasering off armpit hair, not that that's thick either but even tho i've switched to 'spray' deodorant more often feels like it'd be more effective without armpit hair in the way even if you don't really need to
