an explanation for this:
yes, Nakano sees the world in black and white but it’s just her. It was caused most likely from an event when she was a child which you can read Here. notice how nakano is reading thoughts while things are in colour till the last panel of her character comic. Notice how everyone else’s comics are in full colour too.
