Cinderella? Rescuing the damsel in distress?
James Bond? Being a classy, gadgety super-spy that shacks a different woman every book? (Side note, always makes me chuckle how everyone hates on harem, even fluffy romantic harem, but is fine with a Chad MC that uses women and tosses them aside like tissue paper)
Harry Potter? Being able to use magic, save the country from a bad guy and get the redhead?
Seriously. "Wish fulfilment" is just an internet trope, like "simp" and "beta cuck". People hating on "another cringe wish fulfilment manga" like literature hasn't been wish fulfilment for the last 300 years.
