Okay. I think I got it but at the same time I'm feeling somewhat lost.
So the midget got stabbed by a thief and died while shopping. Midori waits for him for a while but then tries to look for him. While this happens, she is slowly getting over the mind control effects imposed by the midget, since he is now death and no longer with her. Which is what causes the last hallucinations to happen to Midori.
Was that it?
The ending is she goes look to look for him, hallucinates and then it ends? I feel like I'm missing something...
