I agree with Ghost-sensei. Her asking to be "rescued" clearly showed that she was still trying to grab attention and didn´t learn her lesson at all. She probably would have repeated the same or a similar stunt a week later.

There is absolutely nothing wrong in asking for help. She endured a terrible situation and thought that, by doing this, people would realize how horrible they were and treat her better or at least stop the bullying. Faced with the fact that this only made her situation worst, she is looking for a way out.

To think that a 2 minutes talk basically summed up as "keep enduring and don't care about what other people say" would suddenly give her an epiphany is ridiculous. She had endured so far. Did not enjoy, would not recommend. So, in a misguided way, she asked for help and got rejected in the worst way.

She could have been "stronger emotionally". She could have found a better way to ask for help. All those people, Mr Ghost included, could have had a shred of decency and helped her or, at the very least, not made her life worst.
