The question is why lutz not curious about who the emperor is? how the emperor look? or something similiar to that, isn't it common for someone to want to know the person who's their superior? like how they look? so they can show some respect to the superior

Wellll... technically an emperor is also a prince, and a king. It's just that the lower titles gets superseded by the whole emperor thing. But it's entirely possible to be emperor, king of your own territory, and prince of another in your posession. It just depends on which territories and their relative pecking order your family has accumulated over time.

The high nobs generally had a slew of titles, modern european kings/queens still do, but they usually only use the highest ranking, unless there's a really formal occasion
