idk if anyone is going to ever read this but
freeze a water bottle and place it on the side of your neck and hold it in place by slightly twisting your head sideways
it cools you down really good and doesnt hurt as much
i used to work an office job and the ac broke during summer, learned how to survive the hard way

Another simple trick, but which might not be fully applicable depending on your work environment, is simply soaking your hair in water. Go full drench, with the surplus water running down along your spine. And do it over when it gets dry enough. Source: I’m from southern France, that’s the traditional way of surviving the scorching heat of July. ^^
