As I explained earlier, that is part of the reason why that part of the manga is so awkward and makes no sense, it is because the original work never had the fmc pour the potion with her mouth. She just dumped it on that guy's wounds. That's why the MC has no reaction, because in the wn, there wasn't a reason for him to have one. The manga author took it upon himself to make the fmc pour the potion with her mouth, but forgot to at least change the scene to make it more reasonable, and perhaps make the MC have some kind of reaction to her doing that. Honestly, making her blush? The manga artist was way to eager to have the fmc lock lips with another, he didn't put much thought to it, only that he wanted that scene included.

The story was going great. They both fell in love naturally and cared about each other, then suddenly the FMC gets replaced by a different character type and fucking kisses the psycho that was intent on kidnapping her.

Whatever. That damn potion scene is pissing me off and I really don't know if I am going to continue anymore.
