Reverse isekais can be dumb fun. It has a ero-elf. Some of you may question originality or quality and why it's popular. For me, I have the same questions about shounen battle manga (and to a lesser point some shoujo, but shoujo manga does get a bad rap when a lot of it is actually pretty funny, witty or otherwise well-written).

This is basically low effort wish fulfillment, but god damn, it's MY wish fulfillment. I don't want to go to another fucking world where they haven't even invented indoor plumbing yet and there's no internet. I want horny elves delivered to me. Sometimes you want a cerebral moving read. This is not that time. And I don't think anyone came here seeing a guy that won the lottery and found a passed out elf on his deserted island and thought, "Fuck yes! This is the intellectual masterwork I've been looking for!"
