Multi-chapter Releases and Follows (i.e. have the "follows" screen show all new chapters)

If a manga has two or more chapters released within a short period of each other (e.g., at the same time, within a few hours, or within the same day) only the latest chapter appears on the follows page. Several times I've read chapters out of order or missed chapters entirely (particularly volume extras).
