Not that im expecting a serial killer be reasonable but a red boot is a bit different from a blue one. Also, wouldnt normally take this long to link the deaths of lil girl of the same age. But 3 yrs is too much time. If u consider hes been looking for his "savior" every rainy day it would mean theres hundreds of similar cases. The police surely aint doing a good job.
