@Tensei21 - this chapter is a flashback story. Which is apparently told by that weird bard.
Apparently, Roxy is long-lived and doesn't grow up, so she looked like a child 5 years ago too.
Roxy in the story is interested in love, but can't find the right person, but it sounds like the bard has inserted that on her own.
She adventured with the bard and a love triangle of adventurers - two men and a woman. In the end, the good-looking man turned out to be a manipulative lowlife, so the woman married the other one and retired from adventuring.
Roxy in the story is a mighty wizard, one-shotting a monster who was supposed to need a team of S rank adveturers. Either the bard is exaggerating, or the MC is becoming god-emperor by the end of the story.
But what the bard and the woman remember best is the glorious shine of Roxy's white panties. Because all women in ecchi manga are bisexual.
