Yeah that's me lol. Both tracks, Above and Battle of Concepts, are played during volleyball matches, and I figured that sports matches would count as battles. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.
Edit: To be specific, Above plays near the end of season 3 episode 3, and Battle of Concepts plays near the beginning of season 3 episode 10.

Tennis is not a combat sport, but the way the anime/manga portrays it, it might as well be named Tennis Ball Z.
'Koutekishu' means 'Worthy Opponent', which should be fairly self-explanatory as how it qualifies as a battle theme.

When I said "battle theme", what I had in mind was strictly combat music. Which is why we all decided on no tracks from racing and soccer games.

Let's keep the theme to battle music, as in any tracks or songs that play during a fight, regardless of whether it's action-ish or goofy. Some tracks are very exciting and intense, but they were never used in a battle scene. We can have a tournament for blood-boiling music later. So, no music from sport or racing games, or any non-action games/movies.

Was this not what we agreed on, @pandascepter @Afiaki @MawMaw or was there some sort of misunderstanding?
If I were to make the final call, all of those entries wouldn't be allowed. But let's hear what you guys think first.
