Yeah I don't really get why.
Nausea, vision darkens, dizziness, cold sweating, face gets pale, ears ringing. That's before they even manage to actually get the needle in a vein.
But I can get shots with absolutely no issues.
Wonder if you/your body’s scared of having stuff pulled out with needles?

you know what i find fascinating. how easy it was to put us in the distrusting mindset of the demons. this is because

1. our own history of humanity has events very similar in sinister nature, extremely so.

2. the manga started with only Lorem and gospel and throughout the course of it all we have slowly been drip-fed the darker history of Lorem's history and that of humanity. we know far more about the demons view than the humans

almost everyone with a knowledge of history reading this will be scrutinizing humanities every move. searching for, EXPECTING, some sinister agenda.
take the shot for example it could just truly be an innocent vaccine but because we are so suspicious we automatically assume there is far more sinister intents behind it.
maybe its actually part of the anti-demonization weapon by introducing the chemicals needed to inhibit the demonization with a special outside catalyst to activate it.

they make it so easy to attribute both positive and negative meaning to it.
could be segregation to corral and exterminate under the guise of helping.
or it could be keeping the demons in a comfortable safe stable environment where they can slowly and gradually introduce them to human society without putting too much stress on them thus making a more stable transition into coexistence.
