He is the one that provided the base for the Demon Gas but as his Son Gospel is probably immune because he himself is, due to the consequences of people knowing there are demons where the gas doesn't work they keep him being his son a secret which also forces him to stay away.

I thought that such involvement, in addition to the age of this demon, suggested that unlike the only other demon boy we've seen who knew Lorem before (Fuuga), there was a good chance so that this guy is actually the father. Now, I can not wait to see when it will be clear and the reaction of the other characters by meeting the father of the cute little demon.
