I guess I was thinking of the winged chick at the park with the stroller, so maybe I'm thinking of the raws I read. Anyhow, this character, whoever they are, is missing Chiharu's idiot hair, and even the raws there has been no mention of any potential love-interest (unless one interprets her and Merii's friendship as going deeper than a friendship), so I can't imagine the author showing her looking so and with a child. I'm sure we will see this character in Vol. 4.
