I still find it fucked up that the lil' sister's first reaction to her sister, wasn't: "holy shit sis I haven't seen you since you were sold to slavery, I have no idea what to say"
And Teresa's reaction to her sister, was: "Oh! My little sister! How you doing! What a weird coincidence to find you here!"
I don't even feel like the "they're demons they have no common sense" card can be played here. Their relationship feels way off and unnatural, as if nothing happened in their childhood and early teens, and they just occasionally met on the way home. The little sister went around to look for her for a reason, for the very least, how about showing a bit more sincerity and emotional baggages towards someone who was literally sold off and peddled like a cheap, broken object, ffs.
