Well nothing much missing, the girl in question is a character that appear in LN Vol.5, which is an "ex girlfriend", she is Miu's friend older sister and was Takumi classmate, due to various motives and asked by Miu, Takumi had to act as the fake boyfriend, she confessed too back then but Takumi rejected her, so yeah, all misunderstanding get resolved quickly anyway
