Ngl, I'm starting to like the daughter more and more
@SJ7 This is the best outcome. In a series like this where one character confesses from the start and the other isn't confident in themselves as a potential partner, there's already perfect setup to have conflict, drama, and growth JUST from the main couple figuring things out. Anything else here would just be extra (generally unnecessary making the overall story potentially suffer if it was also poorly written unnecessary extra plot). If the story wanted to use misunderstandings and love triangles it wouldn't have made the male lead confess in the first chapter. Personally I like this route. Forces the author to write a solid and really good romance and relationship from the start or lose readers interest (can't fall back on tactics like random drama and misunderstandings.... as easily).
