thanks! Lol i've heard kalbi is good but i can imagine it being expensive (nothing wrong with bbq but i wouldn't want something over soaked, i've had 'soy garlic' korean style fried chicken a couple times, was good for what it was, if a bit pricey but a touch too salty with the sauce versus it being like a dipping sauce haha) [and i know 'fat' adds to the meat flavor and stuff but personally not a huge fan of it/would rather peel it off after the cooking process rather than it being like in a sandwich/part of the rice bowl unless it's as 'melt in your mouth' as some k-bbq places claim]

not having lunch service is a bit weird but i'd assume ppl would have lunch break at around noon if not i guess later, tho i suppose depends on the company hours too

I get it's part of a servers job to explain parts and such but other than personal suggestions i'd imagine they could just photo copy and laminate the drawing he made and just put it either on the menu or like a mini drawing on each table, resources saside XD;

Kids sure are quick at absorbing info lol, nice they got a bit closer , although even if he's passionate about it if you did chef/cooking stuff all day at home i can imagine some 'pro' chefs doing take out or tv dinners haha (although i suppose korean bbq specifically is a 'grill it yourself' place, it might be fun treated by friends but i'd worry about the meat under/overcooking)
