I know the chapter is still broken but I can't seem to be able to fix it. Every time I upload everything past page 9 is dead. Before you ask, the chapters doesn't start with a 00 file so it's not that.
Looks like page 31 is what's supposed to be page 10. Were the pages numbered like "01, 02, 03, ... 09, 10, 11", or like "1, 2, ... 9, 10, 11"? If the latter, the sorter might have become confused.
