Complicated because that's an unwanted and non-consensual kiss. We see MC react surprised and uncomfortable when she gripes her pants. Then we even see her hands outstretched in the final panel, as if she doesn't know what to do. It seems more like "she was kissed," rather than "they kissed." MC still hasn't shown any romantic interest in this girl and the girl seems to realize it. She was jealous all chapter.

Ugh. It's just a kiss come on, it's not like she's in a relationship or has expressed she wasn't into her or that kind of thing. In the contrary the vibe was totally there, if Blondie doesn't like it she can make it known.

I've had guys do that to me and have done it myself to girls and guys, most people like that kinda initiative. In your defense asking "can I kiss you?" or "saying I'm gonna kiss you okay?" isn't hard or a mood killer and is the better thing to do, but just saying a kiss ain't a big deal.

And what about the rest of my comment? Also, in what way was there a mood? There was no romantic interest from the MC as she was clearly talking about being friends. There has been no flirting between them and no understanding. We know this since we follow the MC.

We also saw throughout the chapter that this girl was jealous of seeing the MC and her best friend. So I don't think this kiss was meant as an innocent "read of the mood." It seems she took an opportunity with someone she knows is pretty naive. If a friend randomly kissed me, I'd be uncomfortable.
