Where did that ADHD even come from? The translated name is "awkward girlfriend", which seems to fit perfectly. Maybe this was initially called "ADHD girlfriend", but then someone fixed it, but it's still lingering as a ghost in the forums. On the reader side, you don't see "ADHD" anywhere.
