Just binged this, but the pieces seem to be obvious. I'm going to spoiler tag it just in case someone else is still putting the pieces together.

I think the hospitalized person that June sees is the teacher that assaulted Yurim. She probably had a very negative reaction and stabbed him... a lot. Maybe June got his scars(and coma) from trying to get in the way. She then blocked out part of the memory.

I think this story will be heavy going forward.

I don’t think it’s the teacher, but that it is someone else connected to her.

Yeah, I think its someone connected to Yurim, but not the teacher. That guy was young and its only been like a year since it happened.

I have a feeling that its her dad which would make sense considering her mom was at the hospital.

I think her dad did something to her that she blocked out, but the incident with the teacher made her start to remember. Obviously could be wrong, but that's what I'm getting. At least all the chapters are here.
