She doesn't know it yet though. Afaik she still has a crush on Takada, but maybe will end up noticing Minakuchi later in the manga. She did call him cute once in another chapter, at least something he said was cute

Chapter 104 is when he first appears. He noticed Kasahara when running fast during sports day, but they didn't interact until she overhears him talking his cat just had kittens. Kasahara loves cats, but their apartment doesn't allow pets.
