Yeah the chances are quite big for that plot to be used.

My guess is /\ Nozomu reported those who bullied her to a teacher, then the teacher called and questioned her for the "truth" , she (pressured by those who bullied her or maybe their parent) instead says that the one who bullied her was Nozomu.

I hope i'm wrong

Is it going to be the vanilla Nozomu intervening with the girl being bullied and got beat up bad that he couldn't attend school, but his dad couldn't afford Aoi's name to be associated with someone who got in trouble for "fighting" (schools have very weird views on these things for some reason) so he got cast away and saw himself as troubling all parties involved?
