I hope they can work it out. Even if he was a bit of a fuck up with her, it’s never too late to turn it around.
It should also be noted that she was actually an unreliable narrative.

He never gave up on her. He was just too weak to save her.

Even when he turned against her, it was only a show so he could find her and infiltrate the enemy.

His worry and fear wasn't hatred towards her. It was fear because he knew he didn't have the power to protect her.

Seola understood everything as a kid. And because of that, her perspective was clouded.

Kids are very sensitive, but they are often not very perseptive. They try to understand the world with as little information as they have.

No, I get it. I know he never gave up on her, but dude made some COLOSSAL missteps during raising her.

I’m not even mad at him really. A kid out of nowhere, losing someone you had no idea you still cared about, and expected to take care of a child when you can barely take care of yourself?

That’s why I hope he can make things right with both of them somehow with this second chance. No shade, but that’s a lot more worth regressing than being a producer/CEO/gamer/lazy noble/revenge freak….

Misunderstanding in a nutshell

More seriously tho, I hope she lives, but honestly, her acts don't make sense post time travel
I would understand more if she tried to contact MC after the time travel, but couldn't for some reason, but she didn't even try to talk to him after he decided to not kill her even after she became a monster

The pacing is a mess too, there was no need to go in the Witch Nightmare or whatever to then go in a black hole thing after she cursed her past self
There was also no reason for MC to somehow not even say anything when they did the Blade Oath to buy some time
They spend way too much time with the "why are you against me, master?" when they already said the same thing like 4 times already, and let's not talk about the fake witch hunters that comes out of nowhere just to, once again, be a waste of time

Yep, I'm rustled. After chapter 138 if Seojoon doesn't let her read his memories to know the truth, I'm just gonna drop this. It's the perfect opportunity to resolve all the misunderstandings and show how the Divine is just trying to get revenge for Erzebet turning all his human cattle from the other world into monsters.
