There is nothing preventing her from reclaiming said power and doing it herself.
She only lost her emotions and not her rationality after all.
She does not appear to have a very restrictive contract unless binding to the world somehow prevents her from killing?

Honestly, this is more pathetic....

There really didn't need to be a big bad villain....

Honestly, I feel this series would have been better with more slice of life and sprinkled with actions than the other way around... maybe even see Seola grow up with her parents married...
