Really glad someone else picked this up, I couldn't keep up with the releases before because of how slow they were, whenever there was a new chapter I had forgotten what was going on. Thanks for the great work :3

On GIMP it's quite simple at least. Not sure if I can find the tutorial I learnt it from but it might be in one of the links I commented recently. (the steps are using the text tool, right-click select "path from text", then on a layer below menu select "selection from path", then menu select "grow" [usually 2 or 3 px], and finally merge both the text and the shadow layers to rotate or transform as wanted)
