These adaptations really need to do more showing and not telling or just drop the crazy amount of exposition and turn it into a power point presentation with bullet pointed lists. These past few chapters have been nothing but exposition dumps and flashbacks.

It’s not even anything new, I think in the past 3-6 chapters the same flashback to the cell has been referenced multiple times with basically the exact same scene. Also the sword, bro we KNOW every time he uses the sword bad things happen it doesn’t need a flashback. Or a whole page of monologuing.

At least with this latest chapter we see the story progress if even a little.

I thought this was good enough for a 6, but ever since Harold was arrested this has just been a slog. Back down to 5. Does this mango even get edited? I’m kinda curious cause if it does they should quit being an editor.

The story is good. Though the manga doesn't transition the time skips properly. Especially the first time skip. And chapter 23.5 is supposed to be 24.5

He's not a masochist. His a person with kindness. To him, seeing other people suffer is more painful than enduring suffering himself. I’m starting to think he should die in the end, he is stupid, had a lot of ways to get out of the history but always decided for a way that will make him stand out… hell he should kill do scientist and run away after the judgment !
