I wish more mangakas had the courage to write couple life instead of ending their series soon after the main couple gets together.

It's especially egregious for this series. I started reading this because of cool cosplays, cosplay lore, and character development and then was blindsided by the romance plot which I gladly welcomed. But then the series is over as soon as the romance is resolved? There are so many things this premise could have delved into that we'll never see unless he decides to make a continuation.
Going over a hundred chapters is decent but I’m sure there are some series where ppl start out as a married couple

(Tho in some josei works it’s the kinda rocky marriage drama that has affairs or leads to divorce and all)

How to grill our love is still ongoing I believe but maybe the author will do more romance for their next series

One can hope that they do a “Naruro Shippuuden” where they end the original run, and then start a new serialisation that takes place in their College Years.

The more I think about this, the weirder it feels that the manga is ending considering how popular it is.

Did you not read the giant notice that took up most of the credits page?
I dont read credit pages, but I saw that "next chapter is last chapter" on last page and am saying I am hoping I am reading too much into it. As in, hopefully it is a joke.

Better end it on high note than more chapters but no substance either because the mangaka doesn't have good ideas or because the publisher wants to milk the series to death. So many good series kinda flop after the middle part because of that.

So just no resolution for like… any subplots, huh. Her friends, the other cosplayers, his family, nothing. No resolution for that sister who wanted todo more, nothing for the author who liked that angel cosplay…. Wow. What a massive disappointment.

But ur right, it's like for most mangaka, the end goal for a romcom is their characters to get together. Once they do that, they feel like they can end the story after 10 more chapters

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined, so I thank God and all the honourable translators that I didn't spend any money on this.

I never like when the story ends and we don't get an epilogue, especially in games and manga. Not like they have to keep it going forever but the post-story emptiness hits harder when they just end it with nothing after.

This is ending? I have felt the last few chapters had been brushing thru a lot of the characters and story elements I thought we'd explore like more of the last cosplay's aftermath popularity and how they'd handle that. Felt very brushed under the rug but I didn't think it was cause they were rushing to end :(

I thought it was the begining of a new arc couple after reading 10000000000 chap about cosplay and no romantics scenes but no. I think the 60 first chap was great whith a lot of romantic interest and other things between gojo and marin, but after I feel like the mangaka lost himself in cosplay explication ect ect. But it was a great manga thanks (sorry for my english)

I wonder if they want to move on to another project.

Though they could have actually fit one or two more cosplays before ending... that's sad.
