hmm, it would most likely be that the fmc is of noble birth, and the red hair is indeed a common trait among that bloodline. that's why her mom dyed it, to shield her from all the bullshit the nobles do. It could also be a fallen noble house/family. Like, something happened in the past, and her mom had to hide?

If she turns out to be technically of a noble birth, then Albert could use that to marry her without as many complaints from other nobles.
