thanks for the chapter.

you could try to approach the author on twitter (preferably in jp since a lot of them are not good with english and the translation function on twitter sucks ass) and ask if it's okay to upload an english translation on a non-monetized platform, you might just get the okay. i've seen a few other series in the past that got the okay from the original author.
Even if the author gives permission, if the company wants they can DMCA you. And we really shouldn't bother mangakas with permissions, I hope that their manga gets official english at proper rates. One manga we're doing, it's official english is 2$+tax per 17 page chapter. And I don't think mangaka's even getting anything from that, it's the publisher company.
We have and even mangadex has received DMCA for axed mangas even though they don't even have official english. Imagine an axed manga with 16 chapters, no english official, is being used as weapon to kill the websites.

Those checkboxes are just a means of establishing plausible deniability. 😉 I'm not sure, though, why you would worry about lying on that form but not about violating copyrights.
those checkboxes, I know are a means for establishing the principle. but the overall situation has seriously downgraded what md used to be, if we can't even freely share what we scanlate like old days then why even bother. like, I can't post chapters of that manga that has been DMCAed in the future, and that is 7000+ mangas that tons of groups have done, just gone like they didn't exist.

To add to rabidfish's answer. He's also older than her, but not by so much that he should be called ojisan (uncle.)
This is just my guestimation, but I'd say that from age 17 to 25, calling someone "oniisan" is ok (at least in casual settings),
25-30 it's kinda like the limbo. Could be called oniisan or ojisan.
After 30 it's almost guaranteed to be ojisan and this will be the case until you become a grandpa (but idk the casual way to call a grandpa in Japanese.)
they're about same age, infact onee-san should be older. As stated, she already completed Voice acting uni after schools, even had a job, resigned and has been a Vtuber since/before our guy started college. while our guy is still in college.

I don't think that clause in the upload is anything to worry about honestly, if you weren't previously. Scanlations are already uploading copyrighted material without consent, this is basically a checkbox like any other upload site may have to cover their asses. I'm pretty sure mega/other filelocker sites have similar clauses in their ToSes, doesn't stop them from being piracy hubs.

I truly am enamored with how tall and busty she is. She's such a beautiful blessing.

Thank you for the translation.

I don't think mangaka's even getting anything from that
The mangaka may or may not receive a royalty; but, in those cases in which mangaka do not receive royalties, they receive higher up-front payments for rights, based upon expected sales. Moreover, a mangaka whose work gets higher than expected sales gets better offers for future work; but if publishers instead expect bootlegs to be substituted for licensed sales, then those offers are reduced.

The jump is weird, I thought she was still in the phase of wanting to talk to people but now wants to treat courier as a boyfriend.
When I'm all for it it feels like we jumped some steps.
And the fractionated chapters instead of just doing 18, 19 etc...it brings up bad memories of Gal Clean, with that mangaka doing the same to not hit the last contracted chapter when the serie was axed...
she was possessive of him since day 1. she just was not good at expressing until that other first girl popped up.

TL, that check box is to fight against DCMA automation.

to tl;dr: When you get a DCMA notice, you must respond. You can tell them to go pound sand if you believe you have a legal right to host said content (either it doesn't break copyright [fair use exceptions] or you are authorized to host it). By having uploaders tick the box, if MangaDex is hit by more DCMA take downs they can respond to the noticer "We believe we are authorized to host this content, please provide affirmative proof we aren't". This is trivial to do, but it is beyond the capabilities of an automated DCMA farm so in like 99% of the cases it'll be dropped because its too much trouble.

MD isn't asking for proof, they are basically having you say "I am definitely 18, give me the porn"

That said. be 1000% certain your Mangadex upload account and anything related to a real person cannot be linked or there is not enough lube in the world for what will happen if they actually truly care and go an actual investigation.

yep but this action also means, in future if dmca they'll remove the manga from md too.

The .5 seem to be made just for fanservice. Hence the discrepancy with the actual story

yep but this action also means, in future if dmca they'll remove the manga from md too.
That is provided the DMCA notifier responds to the follow up request.
They usually don't.

This is how a DMCA farm operates. Company A wants some stuff of the internet. They pay DMCA Spam Farm B a fee, DMCA Spam Farm (backed by a law firm but no actual lawyers are involved) sends a DCMA notice to every site that turns up in their TinEye search. By law, they have to have a way to respond to the request. Now in a high end case there is a human that monitors that email for response, but in this case the system basically logs "we got a response" and ensures they don't renotify that host for the same content (against the law).
The reason no one follows up is because the initial notice has gone through an actual lawyer for legal soundness - you are not opening yourself up to any sort of legal action because of the content. If you RESPOND to the take-down response, that response needs legal review to ensure you aren't doing anything stupid. That takes time and attention and is beyond the capabilities of these take-down farms.

Again, if anyone actually ends up caring, they can follow up. But in most cases, it simply just isn't worth it and the case is binned. "We got 95% of the content down, good enough, mission accomplished".

This the digital equivalent of what was called in the circles I was exposed to as "the scary-gram". Basically if you are in an intractable deadlock on an issue, you get a lawyer - ANY lawyer - to send someone a notice on their legal stationary that legal action is being considered and in 80-90% of cases the person on the other end will capitulate because it isn't worth the hassle to go to court. It doesn't matter if its a real estate dispute and you got a corporate contract law attorney, the notice looks official and people will usually comply.
A lawyer out in a rural area made "pocket money" sending said scary-grams out during hunting season. A few cases the people ignored them, he had one guy actually retain a general practice attorney to fight about it, but in most cases they stopped the objectionable behavior.
I had a dispute with some distant family over some property I owned an interest in. I lived out of state, got a lawyer friend who owed me a favor to reach out to a friend who owed HIM a favor in the state the property was in to send a scary-gram, and while it made the next family reunion a little tense, the dispute was settled for the low cost of $25.

I have been able to observe admins on the other end of such DMCA take-down requests and even a token "We believe we have the right to host this material" is more than the automated systems are willing/able to handle. the other way to ensure you never hear from them again is to request all further service be physical: this requires postage and a legal-document handling service, which is beyond the capabilities of these takedown farms so they usually go away because you simply are not worth the hassle.
in the interests of full honesty: It was a parody/commentary fair use exception in those cases. It might go differently if the response is "we were told we allowed to host this contrent provide proof we are in violation"
