Yes, that is definitely the case. Asahi/Subaru and Yato/Asakura have been featured in Nanashi no Asterism, where Subaru is heavily implied to be a crush, as well as the "The Crossdresser with a OOOOO" (CRUSH) twitter series thing. It's VERY canon that they pretty much mutually crush on each other. I'm really hoping to see some resolution in this manga concerning it...
