My first uploads not showing up after 3+ weeks

I uploaded a few chapters of studio apartment good lighting angel included about 3 weeks ago maybe more and got no information on what happened to it, it still hasn't showed up on my profile. Then about a week and a half ago i uploaded 1 more test chapter and made sure to fill in everything correctly(i already had everything good) and it STILL hasn't gave me any updates on what happened to it, its not on my profile either.
