When you get a shooting class that does not start from the basics properly and does not go over the rules of the shooting range for a newbie... this is beyond horrible and actually just shows how third rate this place would be as a shooting training institution... school for nobles... whew!

I mean he is not wrong. If you have no bullets you can't shoot so, your accuracy doesn't really matter if you can't shoot.
