The title isn't about delirious lmao. It's デレ as in "dere" as in lovey dovey. As in the dere part of tsundere.

So the title is about his girlfriend who's tsun in real life but shows her dere in her manga.

Honestly, I don't recommend uploading MTLs without fully checking it with someone who actually understand japanese. But I appreciate bringing attention to the original artist, if nothing else.

It seems that DeepL was used in the attempt to translate the title. The "delirious" part in the title is indeed incorrect, it should be "Lovey Dovey" as explained above, or perhaps "Sweet".
I don't even know how MTL got デレ to turn into "delirious"... that's way off the mark!

I'd suggest the title be corrected to:
