So at this point in the story am I the only one who believes Nanase cheated first. She treats Yuki way better than her other friends and let's her do everything in public that her girlfriend wants to. It can't be passed off as avoiding doing it with her girlfriend in my opinion either because in volume one she pushes one of other friends away clearly establishing a personal space bubble. I'm not saying Yuni is blameless, but Nanase even left Yuni repeatedly for Yuki even after Yuki new about them and constantly flaunted there relationship in front of Yuni. Further more Yuni wasn't looking to be doted on she just wanted some level of validation. I can't get a sense of how Yuni feels about Nanase, but to me it's obvious Nanase loves Yuki and doesn't want to risk that relationship so she strings along Yuni and manipulates her so she can have the physical contact she needs and allows her to be in control of her emotions. She never really pays attention to Yuni or values her feelings.

well - I'm coming at it from the start, when Nanase wanted to keep their entire relationship under wraps from everyone, and just treated Yuni like a friend while at school and rebuffed all her attempts at affection/togetherness out of fear of being seen by someone else.

And Yuni didn't communicate her worries and objections of being sidelined, yes. I fully fault Yuni the most out of anyone - because all she had to do was speak up, and I bet Nanase would have done something at that point, however unintentionally neglectful she may have been up to the time Fuuko stepped in.

And yes, it's still considered cheating. "two wrongs don't make a right", as the saying goes - if Nanase doesn't want to be hypocritical, she should break up with Yuni before she goes off with Yuka (or whatever her friend's name is, I can't be assed to actually remember).

So your assuming she said nothing. This seems unlikely to me seems how threw out the series she makes efforts and those efforts are ignored. I mean she said she didn't like or feel comfortable with the relationship she had with Yuki and she basically said she's my beastie always been that way always gonna be. She asked her to skip one practice cause she made a promise and the girl almost got abusive. I could give more examples but the point is clear Nanase is only interested in what she wants the relationship to be.
