Oh, this got a manhua. I didn't realise it was that novel since the translated title is a little different from the novel (Still has a similar meaning).
It has a novel, called "My Iyashikei Game". Super good. You can read it on Hosted Novel (they translated it). Highly recomended. The novel completed at 1000 chapters, and Hosted Novel has already translated 920 of them.
I don't know about the manhua though. I didn't read it yet when I wrote this review.
Edit: Checked the raws and it says that it ended at 15 chapters. I guess it either got axed or was just a preview for the novel. I can't read Chinese.
