@Ryomi In Kyoichi's defense, this is kinda similar to how Tetsuo goes through problems as well; with a combination of intelligence and a whole lot of luck. But I do agree that the sheer speed that he discovered this stuff is pretty bullshit.

Even so, he's still in a pretty shitty situation. It's very unlikely that he can just convince the syndicate to check those evidences out. And even if he can manage that, they might still prefer using him as a scapegoat. He can only investigate Tetsuo and his family solo to get solid proof that he's been framed while also trying dodging the syndicate.

@Ryomi indeed. i usually hate it when manga drag out a 'crucial' moment over multiple chapters, but this one feels way too rushed... Like come on, give me 3 chapters worth of flashbacks please
