I honestly start to dislike Mirae for her lookism. She has a good heart but she evaluates people's worth by appearance similarly to those jerk guys from festival chapters. She may drive a man into a relationship that man doesn't want to be in. It's like stupid well-meaning people that bring more chaos than ill-meaning people.

i can't believe that people don't understand that low self esteem doesn't just disappear right away, even after getting plastic surgery. yeah it is kinda annoying that she just assumes the worst for herself all the time, but it's realistic for someone like her who went through what she did in her younger years. i don't think she'll ever be 100% comfortable in her own skin, but i do think she'll improve bit by bit

Honestly, her stopping the rating shit she did a while back in the beginning chapters is pretty good character development as it is. Also thanks to kyungsuk, the stuttering died down and she seems a lot more comfortable with her classmates / friends - hell, she can even voice her opinions more (like the time with the playboy senior or the time with the guy who was pestering her about her phone number)
