@im-done she travels back to her “original” world on March 2nd every year since the year she first got transported to the “web novel” world. Which explains her constant anxiety about her friends leaving and how she keeps distancing herself from them.

@gelas she switches world on March 2 every year, and it’s not explained yet because we’re supposed to figure it out along with the main characters... she doesn’t know why it happens either so the author’s not telling us because that’s like... the whole point of the plot - we learn it together with her. She has no leads on why this is happening and the whole world is a novel so obviously she would think there’s no one she can ask to help her. The raining thing is just MC realizing she’s not in the “web novel” world anymore.

@frenchfry : If what you said happened to be true, the author not telling it is not because that is the main point of the story.
But because the author have no other way/technique to tell this story.
There are a lot of good stories that just throw the truth/s outright, yet the character/s still do not know.
Thinking that the only way to tell a story is hiding the way that story's world works is just, make for a mediocre author.

Though, it could also have been otherwise. You simply think what you think are "facts". And then saying it to me to enforce that further.
When in reality, it could have been simply a wishful thinking.
Honestly I can barely remember this whatever.
Provide legible proofs of whatever you said. Don't just go around telling stuffs as if they are "facts", when you don't even prove it.
You don't even mention what you replied to me to, despite it's been SO LONG.
Providing me with what text/s of mine you are replying to would have been the basic considering the time of the post I posted which you replied to, human.

It’s been explored in other old stories. But there has been a way to control it, even if not obvious etc...

Let me ask you, if this happens to you, how would you deal with it? Remember it isnt a fantasy world.

Nor will plot armor help you, because the setting is reality. Regardless of the troupes thrown the setting is still on reality.

Based on the inconsistent dates aswell it truly is a mystery why? Because what happened to her initially is unknown, why? Because the things that is happening to her is illogical

What other authors do is make their own rules, which makes it a fantasy, scifi etc

This very mystery is what makes the suspense, what makes the fear vivid and realistic

Just cuz the authour doesnt explicitly say or explore it doesnt mean he/she has bad writing, it just didnt go the way you wanted it to be lol

God the way Dan-I tells it is almost like a psychological or thriller novel and in a sense that's kind of what her life has amounted to. never really belonging in either world and always fearful you will lose what you have.
