What do you people think is wrong with "Dear Sir"? I think this translation is perfect. "Haikei" used in the original is a somewhat old, very literary way to address someone in the opening of a letter. Which is exactly how "Dear Sir" used to work in English. The translator did it right. (Unless we know who this supposed letter is addressed to, and it isn't a "Sir".)

would be a much clearer title then "Dear Sir... I Married a Killer"
