Everyone that lives will die anyways. The perspective the mc is holding onto is that he will use his revenge for motivation and when hes done with it he will have a new start and do something else. At least i think thats what he meant.

I agree with you, but... I don't think the author is thinking about that. Instead it's a "might makes right" world and he's on his revenge wank. He'll probably stop after he's killed everyone who harmed him. If there's a moral it's "don't bully the weak, they could get strong and murder you."

It'd be much more interesting if there were greater consequences like you said. I'd like it if his target shifts from "cruel individuals" to "the entire society of noble cruelty." Maybe, wary of his rising power, the dukes or other kingdoms unite to kill him. He must reach the 8th and 9th circle to stand against higher-powered foes.

Yeah, no, his take on "revenge" is idiotic.

He disagree with "After revenge is achieved, only a sense of futility is left" while still being in the middle of his revenge.

When you're told "don't start smoking crack, it'll ruin your life", the correct answer isn't "I disagree, I just did and I feel great. I'm special, I won't let it ruin my life. Now, excuse me while I go get some cash for my next fix"
