1. get witnesses
2. twist the situation so that they r obviously at fault.
ex. they lunge at you, doge skillfully and fall to the floor. break your ankle.
3. in sad voice with tears in eyes, explain the misdeeds of perpetrator.
unless they're totally unflustered and cool headed then theres no way they'll be able to handle that. oh. and make them pay for the broken ankle
