I think it's supposed to be a summery vibe wrapped around a punk foundation, but a) the pants aren't, and b) the screen tones used for the dress really mess up the flow of the lines. Blue and black is a good combo for her, though

Yeah, unfortunately the mangaka seems to have completely dropped it, at least as far as I know, don't think they ever continued it, though not sure the translation is complete

Does it end on a cliff hanger or was it in a decent spot before the hiatus?

I honestly don't remember, been a eternity I've read it, I think the story just stops really, since I don't remember much of cliffhangers
